TJ joined The Heritage Group in 2022 as our Executive Director of Expansion. TJ spent 20+ years in the auto industry and the last 10 years running the largest independent auto dealer in Mohave County. TJ brings a vast understanding of business operations, management and his passion for people shines through from the moment you meet him. TJ will be responsible for partnering with agents that share his vision for client service in all of our expansion locations.
In his free time, TJ enjoys spending time with his wife Devon and their 5 children (Collin, Chase, Savannah, Kennedy and Evie). They love to golf, ski and travel together as a family. TJ has lived in Kingman his whole life and loves his community.
